Can a Mortgage Arrears be included into a IVA?

Hi Terry and welcome to the forum - I believe the answer to this question is no as they are a secured debt.

Hi
Yes Mike is correct in that mortgage arrears can,t be included,however you could agree a repayment plan with your mortgage company and this would form part of your expenditure in an IVA.
