Ok [:)] Thanks again Melanie. I'll wait and see what they say. It has been going on since January so that's why I'm a little impatient and want to get it sorted.

One more question!! [:D] For the last 3 months I've been paying what I can afford as per my income and expenditure rather than the agreed figure, how will this effect me in the long run?? Will it go against me and make me have to go bankrupt or am I doing the best thing until they give me an answer?

I think that you are doing your best at the moment, and deserve some credit for that, however once you miss more than three payments the IP will need to either bring the IVA to a conclusion or seek to amend it. Important to sort out as soon as possible really, and I'm suprised this has been going on for so long!

Do the reduced payments count as missed though??

I know it's a long time seeing as they used to be so good and helpful. I have repsonded same day or next day in writing to them all the way along pretty much, and the wait is always from their side.

No - only the element which you have not paid is treated as missed.
