i completed my IVA early (2years early) as they accepted an lump sum.
however i have noted that during all this time the IVA has never appeared on my credit report.
Why do you this this does not appear?
Also do i have to state my previous iva in future credit application?

Hi tjw
This may have occured for a number of reasons, but the fact that your IVA has successfully concluded means that it probably never will!
You do need to state your previous IVA in future credit applications if asked to do so. Read the application forms carefully, and do beware taking on credit in the future!

Hi tjw
Have you checked all three of your credit reports ? Although if it is missing from one it is likely to be missing from all of them due to whatever oversight has occurred. From what I understand it should be in the "Public Information" bit rather than in the credit accounts bit.
It is very likely that your accounts section will have some "8s" against it - indicating defaults - as these happen fairly soon after full payments are not maintained to an account. In this respect your credit rating will be very low so if you were thinking of going for credit bear this in mind.
