Hi All
Over The weekend i had 3 letters from creditors.
Alliance and Leicester current account, Barclays current account and capital one visa stating becuase of my IVA my accounts have been closed? i am confused because i have not had my creditors meeting yet???
anyone else experienced this?

Hi
Thats a new one.
It could be that you are proposing an IVA and in their terms and conditions this could be a reason for them closing your accounts.
How soon is your creditors meeting ??
It could be that they have voted already in favour of it.

Creditors meeting is 29 May!. Notice was sent out nearly 2 weeks ago x

i too had 4 letters like this before my creditors neeting they were from barclaycard.littlewoods,ge money and royal bank scotland and they all voted yes so its looking good.
