Hi all,

Everything sent off to ombudsman yesterday with regards my IP's fees, but I have just received an email reply from them, due to a request for information I emailed them 3 weeks ago!!

When I didn't get a reply I assumed that either my email got lost on its way home, or they couldn't be bothered to reply.

But to get a reply answering the questions 3 weeks late is yet another one of those 'is it me' moments.

I hope this is not an indication of how long the ombudsman will take to examine my case or I am in trouble seeing as the IP is threatening to bankrupt me.

Eeeks, lets hope they are quicker through post than email!

When I have complaints, I normally do it by post rather than telephone or email - as you normally get a numpty at the end of a telephone or email system, unless you have a direct email address or telephone number to someone a bit further up the food chain. :-)
