please help me been IVA since june with my husband am paying £535 a month even though i have 5 kids (1 disabled) and on low enough income to claim ftc & ctc my son gets dla which is paid to me im pregnant again and we are really struggling to pay my iva people dont care is there anything i can do?

I am sorry that you feel you are getting insufficient support from your IP firm with regard to your change of circumstances. Perhaps you ought to try and speak to the IP directly - I feel sure that they will have time to discuss your problems with you.

If you are struggling with the payments, then I would write to the IP with a detailed revised income and expenditure account, and ask them for their advice as to your options. It may be possible to offer a variation to the original terms, to reduce your payments to a more comfortable level, but your own IP is the best person to advise on this.
