does it affect to credit histoy if i file for iva and ..can we use credit card once we file for iva

The whole spirit of proposing an IVA to your creditors is that you will not take further credit you will be unable to repay back in full. So the ongoing use of a credit card is not a good idea - unless there are specific circumstances which you will need to discuss with your own IP.
