i am trying to get iva but creditors wanted it posponed for seven days then another three days and then four days.they said creditors are still considering proposal.they have sent me two letters.is this to get more money out of us by charging for letters?i am with dfd.is it still possible to get a yes after two extra weeks?are they making us sweat because it is working i feel sick all the time

They must be considering as you would have had an outright rejection. I have seen some be adjourned a few timesso try not to worry, easier said than done I know but hopefully soon you will get an answer. I think Ivoriva had this and there was another, will have a look and come back to you.

Put creditors meeting adjourned in the search there are a couple one is sunset and the otherI think stella

Adjournments of creditors meeting are actually quite common, and the proceedings can be adjourned for up to two weeks after the date of the original creditors meeting to allow creditors to make up their minds, or you to consider their modifications.
