What happens if I fail to include one of my creditors into an IVA? Can this be included once the IVA has been finalised?

Hi Kayt
Yes it can phone your ip and tell them, if it is a small amount it can be added if more than I think 15% then there has to be a variation meeting. Lotsd of people do this dont worry.

Hi kayt and welcome to the forum
This can only happen with the agreement of the specific creditor concerned, and you may need to make more contributions to cover the original dividend pledged. Talk to your own IP about this more specifically. Is the missed creditor claim significant?

It is a balance of £5,000 and the creditor is currently claiming that they can refuse to join the IVA and pursue me seperately for the OSB

Hi Kay - well they do have a point. Can you explain how you managed to miss out a creditor with such a large balances from your IVA proposal, and could you confirm how much you owe to other creditors. Are you also a property owner?
