Hi I am about to embark on getting my life back together and get myself out of the utter mess I have got myself into. I have spoken with a representative from Thomas Charles and they have proposed an IVA solution that sounds credible to me, but isnt it the IP who takes on your case that puts the proposal together based on all the facts? I am confident they have given me good advice and the initial paper work is on its way to me as we speak. I just want reassurance that this is the best IVA proposal.

Hi dw

You are in very safe hands with Thomas Charles, and their advisors are extremely experienced in the debt management field. If they think that your case will work, then you should be at least half-way to achieving a successful IVA.
