Watchya fellow posters!!!

Yep, I think I'm gonna need one of those rubber teething rings that babys have with the teething problems I'm having with my DMP.

Bless the guys at Brightoak, they're having to put up with me sending them e-mails and being very cross on the phone. Awwwwww.

Basically I got a letter yesterday saying I'd broken my agreement already (HUH???) and then got 2 statements today, one charging for payment protection on a zero balance and another saying I was still being charged interest (when they agreed to stop it) and that they still wanted the usual payment. So off went another e-mail to those poor hardworking souls at Brightoak.

I tell ya what though Andrew. If I won big bucks on the lottery last night, you can still have 10 years worth of fees from me!!! And I'll send Simon a plant to put on his desk[:D][:D]

Oh johnz I hope you get things sorted soon and your DMP runs well - I suppose these are just teething (LOL[:D]) problems as it is a new DMP

Glad to hear you are getting a good help form Brightoak

We've seen dozens of posts over the last few months that show that CCCS and Payplan both have difficulty preventing aggressive creditors from sticking with DMP's and that CCCS is particularly reluctant to recommend IVA's.
It seems to me that creditors don't know what they want. It's a pretty schyztophrenic industry.
