Hi Lee and welcome to the forum

Yes there is no problem in you now becoming a director of a limited company, so long as you are not subject to a Bankruptcy Restrictions Undertaking or Bankruptcy Restrictions Order.

Hi Lee

Following on with this there might be aproblem though with banking facilities though as a lot of banks don't like to give normal banking facilities to those who have recently been in bankruptcy or IVA's. So you might have to shop around. It might be a good idea if you are starting a business to look at someone who has a reasonable financial history!

Good Luck in your new venture!
