Hello,
I have been reading this forum for some time, although I have never before posted.
I am 24 months into my IVA which I have put forward a F&F offer on.The creditors meeting is due on the 18th December.I have been able to do so, due to my girlfriend offering third party funds (which I am paying back in full).
It has not been an easy time since my IVA began but it was the only way forward for me at the time. Now a possible end is in sight and with Christmas around the corner, having my F&F accepted, I could not wish for a better Xmas present.
I will keep all posted with the outcome of my meeting

Hi Caraf, Its a full and final offer to your creditors. If they accept it, it means that's it - done [:D]

Debbie. What sort of circumstances would a f&f be optional? I've got a two year no change clause, but after that what would I need to find out? Thanks

There are many circumstances which might lead to a full and final settlement - such as a third party offer of funding, redundancy payment, equity release from property. You would need to disuss the possibility of this with your own IP.
