I am looking to finish my IVA early with a cash offer secured against my property and would appreciate some guidance on suitable lenders.

My Supervisor has confirmed an offer of 'x' is acceptable and I believe there is sufficient equity in my property.

Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.

Well you have your IPs support so the next step is to get a mortgage offer for this amount and then your IP will arrange a creditors meeting to vote on your offer.I suggest using a mortgage broker and we have three on this forum,have a look under the experts section,left hand side
