How do i remortgage in the last year of my iva if i cannot get any credit

This is not generally a problem as your IP has already given permission for this as the remortgage is an express terms of your IVA. There are a lot of mortgage brokers who would be able to help you effect this.

Hi Paul
If your IVA has been carried out satisfactorily over the term, you have enough equity in the property, there are no affordability issues (your income would cover the mortgage payments according to the criteria of the mortgage product) and you have no arrears on your mortgage payments you should have no difficulty in finding a mortgage product.
There are a number of mortgage brokers that regularly post on this forum, who would be only too pleased to help with advice and finding you a suitable product.
