If it is the best offer you can make then I am sure it will be accepted.

Good luck Puffa, I'm sure your IP wouldn't put it forward if they thought it wasn't a reasonable offer...

Let us know how it goes,

my creditors are MBNA, Barclaycard, Cap One, Littlewoods, Royal Bank Scotland (Tesco), Studio, Adams, Argos, Abbey Bank a/c, Abbey Loans, Abbey C/Card

Think MBNA And Abbey Credit card is owned by MBNA so may be my problem area ..

Hi Puffa, I had alot of the same creditors, and mine was accepted on the 17th. MBNA normally (not always) sell their debts to a third party. They sold mine to eversheds who voted yes at my meeting. As long as its your best offer that you are putting forward, you should have no problem getting it approved. I had MBNA, Barclaycard, Cap One, Argos and they all voted yes.

If this is your best offer then I am sure your creditors will make a commercial decision on your IVA. All the creditors you mention have traditionally been open to IVA proposals.

The very best of luck to you.

Best Regards
Oliver

Puffa...my iva was accepted with mods on Monday,MBNA was a major creditor for me and I owed them around £27,000 and was expecting them to vote against even though I was offering 40p. To my surprise they sold the debt to Max Recovery a few days prior to the creditors meeting and they voted in favour. All bar one of my 25 creditors voted to accept.
