Hi
I have just received a call on my mobile at work from 0845 478 9704.
Otto Group

I have never heard of them, does anyone know who they are and what they will want ?
I have telephoned the number back only to get a recorded message asking me to ring them on 0844 477 8439

Caraf, your meeting is soon, i wouldn't worry about it. Just ignore it. I'm sure they will ring back.

Apparantly, they work on behalf of catalogue companies, such as Grattan. They are a debt collection agency.

Absolutely caraf - I would bet my right arm that no way will anything happen between now and your meeting on the 27th. And once you - hopefully - have received that "Yes" vote next week you will have something definite to tell your Creditors and can look forward to some peace and quiet.

And I am sure I have read a message from Melanie recently stating that catalogue companies usually dont bother to vote on IVAs.

hi caraf

At least with Christmas break you will get a reprieve in the constant calls from creditors, due to the timing of your meeting.

I presume even call centres shut down for a couple of days at this time of year.

Sit tight, keep calm and wait for the 27h

fingers crossed for you, I will log on on 27th and be waiting for your result to come through[:)]

Good luck for the 27th Caraf, not long to go now and much relief therafter, especially from the perpetual mystery calls etc...

Will be keeping everything crossed for you,

Martin

caraf, my advice is to ring and let them know your situation, as they will persistantly ring you on a daily basis.

As soon as I missed a payment on my Freemans account for £35, they were on to me day and night, even calling Saturday morning at 745am!!
