Can I just recommend the video interview between Andy and Melanie posted recently elsewhere on the Forum. Very informative and interesting.
I was particularly interested - and a little surprised - to hear that women make up the majority of people seeking an IVA or other debt advice. Then I remembered that I have heard elsewhere that men are often very reluctant to go to the doctor when they have a serious medical problem whereas women are much more pro-active in seeking medical help. Is this a gender thing? Do men have more of a propensity to bury their head in the sand and hope things will go away (whether it be medical, financial or whatever?). Or - without wishing to offend the lady readers - is it that women are more inclined to overdo it financially? An interesting point.
On a purely unrelated topic - and with the utmost respect - I have always expected Melanie to have a really broad Welsh accent (no idea why!!) - but she does not. Another thing I learnt from the video!!!
