If you are a declared bankrupt would there be restrictions on moving abroad and would the official reciever be in a postion to assess any income earned abroad.

Hi there richard and welcome to the forum
There would be no restrictions on you moving abroad as an undischarged bankrupt, but you still have a duty to declare your income to the OR who will have the ability to assess you for an Income Payments Arrangement or Order.
