had it going for 18 months now in that time house sold was getting repossed been waiting since august 1997 to try and sort new payments askedfor a varation meeting wih creditors told you need to pay 280 pounds a month plus 6 months arrears no varation happened waste of time tryed phoning very poor service

have been waiting six months for a reply to see what my new monthly payment will be i asked for a variation meeting after i sold my house in august just got a letter back you need to pay 250 pounds a month plus 1500 in arrears did you have a variation meetin gi asked no was reply how much do i need to pay off arrears dont know ths was i call cente abroad this iva has been running for 18 months now fill very let down how do i get out of this and start again

Hi Jim
Which IP firm are you using? I really think that you need to deal directly with your IP to get this sorted out. It sounds like you are with one of the large firms where it is possible you are dealing with someone not very high up to food chain.
