I'm moving to Australia in june to for work reasons and will still continue to pay off my iva each month out there is there any reason the iva company can call a breach of terms as i have'nt notified them yet.

Hi and welcome.

I think that as long as you can manage to make your payments to your IVA that you will be ok.

I imagine you will have to notify your IP.

One of the professional experts will be along to confirm (or otherwise) shortly.

Not at all - I have a couple of clients living in Australia, but do beware that the Australian dollar has suffered greatly over the last year from fluctuations in exchange rates, and that your income and expenditure may suffer as a result of this.

Also you should notify your supervisor of this change at the earliest opportunity.

Hi thanks for that i will inform my ip as soon as i know i'm definatley going.Another question when i went in to my iva they included my student loan as it would'nt have been enough to go in to the iva. i queried this with the company at the time and they told me that this was fine can anyone confirm this as i've heard different things. My iva company said it is ok i just need some reassurance.

If your student loan is included in the IVA, then they cannot chase you for it.
