I think this is the ultimate in Hot Chocolate ... a little expensive to start but once you have the ingredients it works out cheaper LOL
This delicious recipe serves 4.
Ingredients:
4 cups milk
Quarter cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Quarter cup sugar
Three Quarters cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Whipped cream and/or miniature marshmallows
Method
1) In a large saucepan combine the milk, cocoa powder and sugar. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer, whisking constantly.
2) Stir in the chocolate chips, remove from heat, and whisk until the chips are completely melted and the hot chocolate is frothy.
3) Pour into 4 mugs and top with whipped cream, miniature marshmallows or both!
