does iva include secured loans on property

Hi jl and welcome to the forum. You can only include unsecured debt in an IVA, and any payments for secured loans must be listed in your income and expenditure and paid outside your IVA payments.

I agree with skippy,
if you have a secured loan in your property you should include it in your monthly expenditure and pay it outside the IVA.
