Hi Becky
My proposal says it can run for no longer than 72 months therefore I think it can be extended by 1 month or twelve what ever is agreed or necessary, it wouldnt have to be for the year but if you reduced payments then it could run for another 6 months if that would catch up on the amount of the reduction, not sure if it would need to be okayed by the creditors though.

Have you spoken to your company about reducing the payments and extending the term for another 6 months. Have to say I saw your I and E and also cant see how you can manage on that.

my company sent me a letter 2 days ago to say they were no more and my case has been handed over, that explains why nobody was returning my calls. I've rang my new company this moring and asked for a new i&e form and have drafted a proposal to go with it. If they accept they will get a dividend of 29pence in the £ ratger than 26 so im tryin my best

Hopefully your new company will get down to improving things for you. It is rotten to see that someone is doing their best and struggling , I am sure they will see this and if they get a bit more back then it should be acceptable, but make sure that iand e covers everything or you will struggle again.
