can an iva be sorted with a door lender (provident).total owed over £15000 when added to other debts

The short answer is yes, Provident can be included in an IVA.
However, given the level of your debt, an IVA might not be the best solution and it may be appropriate for you to consider debt management or bankruptcy. I'm sure any of the experts on the forum would be happy to discuss the various options available to you.

Agree with Accuma, Provident can and have been included in many succesful IVA proposals.
If you post some more details on your disposable income (total income less all reasoanable living costs) then we will be in a better position to advise if an IVA is viable.
