We've been in our IVA for 14 months but not even a hint of this annual review that we are supposed to have. Has anyone else experienced this? Also we are going to have to keep all of my partners bonuses for a few months as my car needs a gearbox etc. Assuming I've got receipts etc to prove the work done - will they let us have all of the bonus?

Hi
You need to get hold of your IP and ask about the annual review and more importantly discuss the situation with your car. They will help you as you will need the car for work.
Interestingly with the propoed new SIVAs there will be no annual review by IPs.

Hi,
As Andy has stated you many need to jog your IP's memory as it is important to know you are paying the right amount which you yearly review will establish.
Kind Regards

How can they have filed their annual report without doing a review?
