Hi There
It is not possible to propose an iva if you dont have any disposable income, you need a steady income to make payments and unemployment would not provide enough.

But if a family member had the opportunity to provide funding for an IVA by way of a lump- sum, an IVA could be possible for you.

Hello,
If you are unemployed you will not be allowed to do an IVA. I amfraid that the rules of an IVA state that you must not be unemployed. However there are other debt solutions such as debt management plan and bankruptcy. Have you considered those options?
