what guidelines do you use to decide what is the amount of money you can live on throughout an iva

There are no guidlines you should put a reasonable amount that you need, peoples needs are all different. just include all reasonable living costs, dont forget dentists, prescriptions, glasses if needed and the smaller things like that, your Ip will soon say if they think it unreasonable, so just put the thingsd you need.

Your own personal budgeting guidelines. Work out how much you spend on each area of household and personal expenditure, write it all down and deduct this from the household income, including salaries and benefits. This ought to produce a disposable income figure which you may then offer to creditors under an IVA.
