DIRECTIONS TO THE HOTEL
Exit M27 at Junction 12, join A27 to Port Solent. Turn left at the traffic lights after the Harbour Lights Beefeater. At the mini roundabout turn right into Binnacle Way and the hotel is on the right hand side.

ARRANGEMENTS
When you come into the foyer of the hotel you will be greeted by either Andy Davie or John Tegg (Coveritall). The meeting is being held in Meeting Room 2, the notice board will describe our group simply as “Forum”.

Drinks will be provided, as will a hot and cold buffet to be served at 8.00 p.m.

As you enter the Reception area, Andy Davie or I will be there to "meet and greet" you, and to introduce you to other Forum Members who are there.

If you would like to come, but have not yet confirmed this on here, please do so, to help us with the catering arrangements.

Hi John just to confirm, it will only be me coming as partner cant make it. I am coming with Emma T. Room is booked really looking forward to it.
Come on everyone it is a great relaxed evening a few drinks a good natter, not at all formal. Anybody nervous please dont be it is great to meet people and put names to faces.

Hi All,
Sorry everyone I cant make it, as my creditors meeting is on the 12th, I will not have the long weekend that I was planning , I am now coming down to Portsmouth on one of the following weekends for 4/5 days all being well.

Hopefully I can make the next one as I was very much looking forward to this night out.

Hi everyone

Hope you all have a nice enjoyable evening. The last one in Birmingham was my first and i really enjoyed it even though i had to leave a bit early as i had some things to do. It was great to meet people in a similar situation.

I cant make this one as i'm working but will try to make the next one depending on where it will be
