Hi there I dont think it gives you who said yes or no it just seems to give the amounts you owed and the amount they get with the full and final.

That's what I thought when I first read it, but on closer inspection I am not so sure.
If that were to be the case then
THIS figure divided by
THAT figure should produce the same figure in each case. There is some variance between them. I just tested a random selection and some are getting 20p in the £ and some as much as 25p in the £, which is quite a big discrepancy. I would be inclined to ask what this information is that you have been given.

Hi
Cybus makes a good point
Look at
LLoyds-10,485.08 - F/F 2,131.55 proof of debt-support docs not reqd
Cahoot-10,380.91 - F/F 2,229.95 proof of debt-support docs not reqd
Cahoot have a lesser debt but a larger dividend
Interesting !!!

per debitors statement of affairs...(they are the ones i listed above)
Then there is per notice of claim recieved
then there is difference between soa v claim (difference between the 2 above)
then there is unsecured claim (same as per notice of claim received)
Then there is F/F divedend 22.15p/£ (which i listed above)

Sounds overly confusing, for sure [8)]
You should find that 22.15% of the claims received figure is the F/F figure ... I hope [:D]
The Statement of affairs figure would have been the balances shown as owing to your creditors in your proposals and as such would have been used in estimating the return to your creditors in the Statement of Affairs.
More often than not you will find that the actual amount owed to the creditors when they submit a clim in the arrangement is in fact higher than shown in the proposal.
Whilst you have no doubt provided up to date information to your Nominee when the proposals were being drafted, your creditors are entitled to continue adding interest and charges to your account until such a time your arrangement is approved. It will be this slightly higher figure (On the Notice of Claim) that will rank for dividend purposes.
Give it a whirl and see if 22.15% of the figure on the notice of claim comes to the F/F figure. Hopefully it does.
If it doesn't I am lost [:)]

I don't think you can tell from the information you have been given. I think the schedule you have given details of here, only shows the anticipated outcome of the Full and Final settlement.
Have you had confirmation that a full and final settlemnt offer has been presented to and accepted by creditors? Or is this information in the process of being presented to creditors as an estimated outcome and they have yet to vote to accept or reject the offer?
