Hi i entereed into an IVA approx 5 years ago which i seetled by way a obtaining a "gift" and settling he debt immediately. Recently i had a CCJ registered against me that i had no knowledge of and are in the process of a "setting aside" hearing. The CCJ was for a debt that i had at the time of the IVA but was never declared by me or claimed at the time by the bank (even tHough they were part of the IVS debtor schedule for another debt). Can they legitimately call for this debt or should it fall within the remit of the original IVA. Thnanks

Hi
I think if this was not originally included in the proposal then it will not be voided out by the IVA.
However it may be worth contacting your original IP and see what they say
