Just another update on a couple of things... True to form from my employer and all the promises made, they, as seem to about 90% of the time, NOT keep their promises, especially on Vacation pay drawing... I was not surprised to see in my payslip today, a lot of numbers missing again. This money draw was agreed especially because of the high payout I have been making recently for car issues etc, but... there it was... gone! I now have to address my IP again to change the IVA payment date this month... this is ridiculous!

Naturally I have just chased the issues, and to be told noone can help me until next pay "nothing I can do mate!"... I also find that no arrangements have been put on screen for all those extra shifts I have been promised this month, so looks like I am now being vitoed from cooperation as it is certain I am redundant at the end of the month... I know that they are not the best for promises and arranging things, but this takes the biscuit! I am now faced with explosions tomorrow with volotile employee as I have to put him straight for matters my boss has not addressed and I will be seen as the thorn... And... Oh... what should be a happy time!!! NOT!!!!!!

I wonder if anyone out there has this recurring nightmare I have?

I will be sooooo glad to move on to new emoployer next month... surely it can't be as bad... can it?
