We have had our meeting today and an agreement has been met of £24k F&F. I have just received an emailed copy of the information regarding the meeting and just had a quick question.....
On the 'Schedule of Proxies' the list of creditors are only 6 out of 16, does this mean that they are the only ones to get back with a response and that as they have all responded positivly then thats it...what happens to the others?
The amounts are also not correct with the 6 that have been listed??
Obviously we are aware that the F&F pays all, just wondered why only 6/16 have responded
We are obviously really pleased with the outcome but just curious as to the other creditors..

Well done Becky. I think if you get a majority vote the others just have to accept, I believe its a 75% vote criteria. I am not an expert though.

Thank you all for you feedback, I would like to extend my appreciation to everyone that has helped/advised me through this short IVA period..I only hope that selling my house does not take too long as we have only been given a 3 month window...thanks to one and all

It is just the creditors that have voted but I'm a little concerned about the reference to the creditors claims being incorrect.
These figures are likely to be the ones that your IP will pay a dividend on, and so if the claims are more than you think they should be it could cause a problem with the dividend offered.
Of course if they are less, and often they can be, then Happy Days!!
But do check with your Supervisor that his list of agreed claims mirrors what you think they should be.
