WILL MY FIANCE HAVE TO FILE CHAPTER 13 WITH ME SINCE HER NAME IS ALSO ON THE MORTGAGE?
Hi ced and welcome to the forum. As far as I know chapter 13 relates to US bankruptcy laws so I am presuming you are based in the US. If that is the case you will need to contact a US insolvency lawyer.
