aguise is right i have read many a time melanie giles say it is nigh on impossible to change ip once the iva has been approved, like aguise says what problems are you having, suppose it also depends on them if you have a serious complaint against the IP.;

Hello 12j,
I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your IVA firm. As the other posters have stated it is very difficult to change firms once an IVA has been agreed.
Have you tried contacting your IP outlining your concerns? This could be done via email or by sending a letter 'special delivery' and might prompt them to make some changes.
Lastly, would you consider posting a review of your experiences at
www.IVA.com? This could help others to avoid similar problems.
I hope that things improve for you very soon.
Kind regards,
Terry Balfour

Hi 12j,
It is not impossible but it is very difficult, i believe to do this you need to have a very good reason and then it needs to be approved by the courts etc.
Is the problem just miscommunication?
