Can you explain your situation a little more?
IVA? bankruptcy?

I think in either you will need just a basic bank account with no overdraft facilities.
If in IVA it will depend whehter or not your current bank is one of your creditors.

Hi
In bankruptcy your accounts will be frozen but it can be only for a day.You are better to organise a new account and have it ready for post bankruptcy.Draw any remaining cash out of your old accounts the day before bankruptcy and arrange wages and DD to go in and come out of your new account post bankruptcy.
