Hopefully someone can give some advice!!

I have received my BR Pack from the OR outlining all the "do's and don'ts" whilst being BR.

The OR has requested some information regarding loans etc - wants the agreements, but I don't have them anymore. I did have a "shreddie" moment at the beginning of the year, about 3 months after my IVA started, and I am sure these formed part of this moment!!

Could this potentially cause a problem? I really don't want to have a problem with the OR.

Hi Sue,

This shouldnt be too big of a problem, the OR probably wants the agreement to confirm the length of the loan, how many payments have been made etc.

Could you request a copy from the creditor? or explain the situation to the OR and maybe they can approach the creditor? or could you provide a statement?

Best Regards,

Thanks for the replies! I will write to the OR and include this in my paperwork that needs to be sent back.

Tracy, had a good chat with Mish last night and feeling a bit more positive. I guess I will feel a lot better once my "housing" problem is sorted. I am not worried about myself, its the animals!!!

I didn't have all the information the OR wanted but I just sent them what I had and they didn't say anything about the missing stuff so I presume it wasn't a problem!

I'm glad you're feeling better, and I really hope things work out for you. I love the picture of your dog on Facebook - what's his/her name?

She's gorgeous! I can't have a dog, but Dave has said he will get me a cat for my birthday in March. We always had animals when I was at home and I miss them now we haven't got any.

There is no way on this earth that I could live without them. They have been to hell and back with me this last year.

Now if only they could hold a conversation..........!!!!!!

If you ignore my mum's dog Blaze (aka Rabbit Hunter!) she will howl at you, and then answer you with another howl when you speak to her!

I could never get rid of an animal - they are part of the family.

Glad you are more positive, and its nice that Mish was there for a chat it helps to talk especaily when they have been through the same kind of journey.
I totaly know where you are coming from with the animals i only have 1 dog but hes so specail to me,that was another reason that i couldnt except iva as they wanted me to sell my home, and i knew it would be hard to rent with a pet,but there must be people that rent who are animal lovers and will understand your situation.
I really do hope after all you have been through things will work out for you,i'm sending positive thoughts and a big hug your way x

Hi Sue, I didn't have any credit card statements for the OR as I too had a shreddie moment (I think I thought that if I couldn't see the statement they didn't exisit!!!!), so try not to worry, as long as you know who your loans were with he'll be able to dig them out. On the animal theme, my hammies are always there to cheer me up! They're so funny to watch, and they go absolutely mental in their wheel, sometimes they all try and get on at once and there's bodies being flung around the cage left right and center!!! Sometimes feels as if I'm on a giant wheel, just going round, and round, and round.......

Dizzy, I'm so dizzy ..... feel a song coming on!
