hi
if i get involved in an iva will it take into account any attachment of earnings i already have?

Hi Graham and welcome to the forum
The IVA will stop the attachment of earnings, and your disposable income will then be distributed evenly amongst all creditors and not just one.

if your attatchments of earnings are one of your debts then that debt would be included in your IVA so the attatchment would stop...i guess. x
