Has anyone heard of or used Chase Saunders Ltd. I am thinking of using them to set up my IVA. I have read all the documents they have sent, but they are not listed on the comparison sites.
I would be gratefull for any info.[?]

I have heard of Chase Saunders.

I suspect that if they are not on the comparison sites it will be because they are not IP's. If that is true they will advise you on solutions, possibly prepare some work for your IVA, and then commercially pass the work that they have done to an IP of their choice.

Looking around this site you might find an IP that you want to use rather than being pointed in the direction of one that you do not know.

I think after reading some of the advice people having given each other on this site i will be looking around.

I have been paying the minimum payments on my cards but Chase Saunders today advised me to stop all payments on my Loan and the 3 cards i have. Can you or anyone tell me if you think this is the correct thing to do ???
Sorry to sound silly be i am realy unsure what to do for the best.

Just get two or three other opinions before committing.
This is a life changing decision and you must take the time to get it right.
