Hello. This is my first post and I am at a bit of a loss as to where to start. I guess I want to ask how people felt when they realised that they couldn't stick their head in the sand anymore and something had to be done. I feel as if I am walking around with a big sign over my head saying "failure" not just to me but to my partner, to my kids, parents everything. I don't know how I got to this point but I know that

The first step is recognising that you have a problem, the second is to take advice as to the options to resolve it. There are many experts on this forum who will be able to help, so post as much information as you can and let's see what we can suggest.
