Not sure if this is a stupid question, but here goes!

I started an IVA last month, which is a sole agreement. I live in rented accomodation with my partner, and she is wanting to get a mortgage. So is there anything stopping her getting a mortgage on her own? I.e. my situation hindering her!?

There will be nothing stopping her at all - your situation will not affect her credit rating.
