I am a UK citizen, married with 2 children, but now living in New Zealand. We no longer own a UK home, but we have a substantail mortgage in New Zealand.
We owe £6,300 to our credit card company
We are overdrawn by over £2000 with our Barclays Bank Accounts, although the agreed overdrafts are £1950 on one account and £500 on another account.
We also owe Debenhams approx £900 and Marks and Spencer storecard around £1200, thus bringing our overall debt to around £11,000 in the UK.
We are both working in New ZEaland, but with the wages being substantially less, and commitments to our mortgage company and utility companies out here, we have calculated that we would not be able to afford more than an absolute maximum of £75 a month to repay our debts.
We are VERY keen to resolve this outstanding debt in the UK - The worry of it just sitting there, and not being able to do anything fills me with fear, and this isthe first step I have taken to try and start to resolve the problem.
I REALLY hope that you can help us in some way - We need urgent professional advice and your website looked like one of the best that could help.
I look forward to hearing form you at your earliest convenience.
