I want to buy a home, but don't have enough money for a down payment. How can I get a loan?

If you have no deposit I doubt you would be able to get a loan. You could try speaking to a mortgage advisor such as Shaun or Ryan who post on here but I think they would tell you the same.

Totally agree with Kallis - without a good deposit saved you are unlikely to get a mortgage.
