Provide the landlord with a copy of made up accounts and / or recent tax return. Maybe certified by an accountant ( if you use one) . Recent bank statements showing regular deposits.

Hopefully you have copies of invoices sent and receipts/ accounts returns etc. Bank statements showing income etc.
Copies of agreed contracts for work and evidence of payments / schedules.
