Hi guys
I cannot believe that lloydstsb have phoned my father in law to see if my husband lives there. I have spoken to them once on the phone but other than that have ignored the phone as they wont discuss stuff with me. We have filled in the forms that Joanne sent us and they are being posted back tomorrow. I have included a bank statement from my barclays account that was joint until october 2007 and now is only my account hopefully that will suffice as I dont want to lose my bank account as I am not going bankrupt.
Then I guess its phone the court and get a date it can't come soon enough.
The dr has put me on anti-depressants and sleeping tablets so now I am sleeping better which is something and we are coping quite well by talking, sometimes heatedly about any problems.
We got ourselves into this mess and we will get out eventually.
Sorry to go on guys but just needed to rant a little.

Are you applying for bankruptcy orders Jayne?

It is a very stressful time but once it's sorted out you'll get some peace of mind and you'll then be able to calm down.

I'm sure most people on here have felt the same stress that you are feeling now. We've all had those heated discussions because we're on the edge constantly . It is a very frightening time. It's into the unknown.

Rest assured that will pass and you will get back to normality.

hi melanie, rob is going bankrupt but rather than fill in the forms ourselves we have the help of a debt specialist who prepares the forms and told us what we need and what to do etc. It has been a real godsend along with this site to have her at the end of a telephone. My only real concern is my bank account but I am somewhat assured by replies I have had on here and also from Joanna.
