IVAs are seperate but can be 2 IVAs interlocking and serviced by one monthly payment.
Perhaps you could post some more details, who are your creditors, how much do you owe to each, how much disopsable income would you have per month if you did NOT pay your creditors and after you have accounted for general household bills and food.
Are you a home owner and if so how much equity do you think you have in your property?

It makes little difference to you whether you do interlocking IVAs or individual ones to be frank. Your IP should always look to do separate ones where possible.

Hi Lea,
My hubbie and I have our creditors meeting on Monday, and our IVA's are separate ones with two payments
