I asked for a settlement amount from my IP Blair Endersby and received this. Does it sound right because it looks like they are not discounting there fees but I could be wrong. Please help

Fees

Nominees fees: £2500.00
Supervisors Fees: £2500.00
Disbursements: £350.00
VAT: £875.00

Total: £6225.00

Please note the supervisors fee consists of £2350.00 in respect of my appointment as supervisor, and £150 for the cost of calling an additional meeting of creditors. The £150 plus VAT will be payable by yourself before the meeting of creditors and can be taken off the final settlement figure.

Creditors claims to date: £621.14
Estimated outstanding claims: £36505.00
Total: £37126.14

Contributions received to date: £5800.00

Settlement figure of £10800.00 would result in a return to creditors of 27.87p in the £, based on the information above. This return is similar to what creditors were expecting under the terms of the arrangement.

Settlement figure of £37551.00 would result in creditors being paid in full based on the information above.

Does this sound right. I am almost 2 years in to my IVA come August

Thanks

Ray

That does not look unreasonable Ray - and it looks as if they have only charged you a couple of years fees - so there does look as if there is some discount.
