Well hopefully I will sleep tonight, I am really nervous about court tomorrow and especially the or bit. Thoughts of losing our car and I just spoke to a friend who told me that someone they know went br last october and had people go round her house, don't know how true this is but its deffo got my nerves going.
Will be glad when it is all over.

I am sure you will be fine, I know how scary this is, I was 10 days away from BR court myself and was puking with nerves. No one is going to come and rummage through your house, please dont think that. (unless you have a housefull of priceless antiques worth thousands of pounds).
You have done all you can now to face this debt thing head on and BR is a brave thing to do, so be proud of yourself and stand in the court with your head held high. Please dont let these stupid, loose remarks scare you.
When you lie down tonight, think that by this time tomorrow you will owe nothing, how many people can say that??? Everyone on here will be with you in spirit, cheering you on in a virtual sense.
I wish you the very best for tomorrow and will be rooting for you.
