I think this would be better discussed with your own IP who has more knowledge of your individual case.
Obviously there would have to be some changes and they could all be discussed with you.

The best thing to do is to contact your IP now and advise of your circumstances. I don't believe there is a great deal that can be done until nearer the time you start maternity leave. Your Income and Expenditure will no doubt have to be reviewed as the level of your income is going to be lower.

Having a baby does bring additional expense, but there are also allowances you can claim such as child benefit and tax benefit which can cushion the blow. You may need to look at a short payment holiday whilst on maternity leave, but if you intend to return to work you may find that the payment becomes affordable again, or needs to be reduced to fit your revised budget. The IVA can be amended to accomodate your change in circumstances with the express agreement of your creditors.

Gucci,
Your supervisor will be well used to this set of circumstances, so I would agree with Cybus and encourage you to let your provider know as soon as you can.
I would also add my sincere congratulations at this point, children are our greatest gift and, without sounding a little glib, are much more important than worrying about your IVA.
Is he or she your first? You must be so excited!!
