Thanks everyone for replying. Sorry my IVA completed in August 2021 and I received my completion certificate in Feb 2022. Cabot are not one of my creditors listed in the IVA so this makes me think it’s been bought. Next time they call I will answer, will they be able to tell me who they bought the debt from? And would it be a case of sending my certificate off to confirm this debt, if any, was part of the IVA

Don't acknowledge the debt - just ask them what they are talking about as you have no idea.

First get them to confirm that they have purchased a debt and to tell you what that debt was. If it was included in the IVA ( as it should have been if it was your debt) inform them that the debt they purchased was included in an IVA and written off and that they have no claim. They may wish to see proof like a copy of the proposal and completion paperwork.
